Quotes, scope & commercial arrangements
Every movement is assessed separately. The written quotation sets the total charge, validity, inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones and any applicable taxes or charges.
A request is not a booking. Acceptance of the written terms and confirmation of the selected carrier are separate steps. Changes to cargo, route, timing or handling can require a revised quotation.
A-flow coordinates the carrier match, quotation and agreed commercial arrangement. The chosen carrier performs the transport. The contract must identify each party’s responsibilities.
Cancellation, waiting time, failed collection/delivery and claims procedures are agreed in writing for the assignment. This overview does not replace the accepted contract.
