Loading, delivery & proof of handover
Agree who loads, secures and unloads the cargo, and what equipment and safe site access are needed.
Record relevant cargo condition, quantities, timestamps and seals where applicable. Agree the receiving contact and required proof of delivery.
Report shortages, damage, unsafe conditions or delays promptly to the agreed contacts. Preserve relevant evidence without putting sensitive records in a public inquiry form.
Delivery evidence does not by itself settle a commercial claim; follow the assignment’s agreed process.
