Cargo, origin, destination, timing and special handling.

Review the tailored quotation and agree scope, payment terms and responsibilities.
Bring the transport arrangement together and coordinate agreed updates and handovers.
SAFETY, ACCOUNTABILITY & COMMERCIAL CLARITY
Our coordination commitments focus on the carrier, the cargo, the route and the handover. Shipment-specific checks and responsibilities are agreed before booking.
Before confirming an arrangement, we will review the selected carrier’s business identity, relevant operating documents, insurance evidence and declared vehicle capacity.
We will identify the cargo’s handling needs and request relevant safety information. Sulphur, acids, fuels, heavy equipment and mineral cargo require different carrier and vehicle assessments.
We will document the agreed service scope, quote validity, payment terms, responsibilities, exclusions and change-approval process before a booking is confirmed.
We will agree the loading and receiving requirements, recording of cargo condition, seals where applicable, and the evidence required at handover.
We will agree shipment milestones, contact points and escalation arrangements for delays, cargo issues, accidents and other exceptions.
We will set expectations for lawful business, official charges supported by receipts, no bribery, careful handling of customer information and the reporting of improper payment requests.
Zambia: review domestic or cross-border route needs, relevant vehicle and driver documentation, cargo handling, insurance scope and receiving-site arrangements for the proposed assignment.
Our proposed coordination standards guide the checks for each shipment. Booking follows the agreed quotation and carrier confirmation.
