Start with demand and storage
A useful supply plan starts with litres consumed per day, usable tank capacity and the minimum stock your operation needs. Provide expected changes in demand, planned shutdowns and receiving hours so the quotation can address your replenishment cycle rather than a single delivery.
Specify the fuel your equipment requires
State the diesel sulphur specification and any lubricant, grease or fluid requirements approved for your equipment. Include the grade, quantity and documentation your procurement team requires. Product availability and specifications are confirmed before an order becomes binding.
Make delivery verification part of the order
Agree how the receiver will check seals, delivery documents and delivered volumes. Include sampling requirements and any site induction or vehicle access rules. Transport facilitation and procurement with delivery can be discussed as separate service options.
