Option 1

Transport facilitation

Your fuel. Our network. Delivered.

For operators that already purchase fuel through their own supplier or oil marketing company. A-flow deploys vetted tankers from its contracted carrier network and manages every load from the loading point to confirmed delivery at site.

Fuel procurement & delivery

One accountable partner, from source to tank.

A-flow sources, purchases, transports, and delivers fuel to your site through Zambian and Congolese petroleum companies in which it holds commercial interests or with which it has supply agreements. These companies hold every licence required to import, store, transport, and sell petroleum products in their respective countries.

Commercial terms for both services are agreed individually with each client and confirmed in a formal quotation.

What A-flow handles

We manage the chain. You receive confirmed fuel.

A-flow contracts the carriers, carries out the due diligence, and facilitates every order from the mining company's purchase order until the fuel and supplies are delivered and confirmed.

Carrier contracting

A-flow contracts the transporters directly. Your mine does not need to negotiate, contract, or manage individual carriers.

Due diligence

Every carrier and supplier is checked by A-flow: registration, licensing, ownership, insurance, vehicles, drivers, and safety record.

Order facilitation

We run each order from your purchase order through sourcing, loading, transport, and border clearance, keeping your team updated.

Delivery confirmation

An order is only closed when delivery is verified at site, reconciled against loaded volume, and confirmed by your receiver.
