Your oil marketing company supplies the fuel. A-flow coordinates the carriers and delivery plan, from your nominated loading point to the receiving site in Zambia or the DRC.

Transport facilitation is for oil marketing companies and fuel buyers that already control procurement. Start with the terminal or depot, product grade, load size and destination. A-flow can assess the transport requirement separately from fuel procurement, so responsibilities and commercial terms are clear before dispatch.
Plan the load before agreeing the route
Share your loading authorisation, nominated collection point, delivery window and site restrictions. For cross-border movements, identify who will provide customs and transit documents and who will receive the product at site. Routing, available capacity and timing are confirmed in the quotation.
Ask for a documented handover
Agree the evidence your operations team needs: seal numbers, loading documents, movement updates, signed proof of delivery and volume reconciliation. Review carrier and vehicle requirements before a load is allocated.
Do we have to buy the fuel from A-flow?
No. The transport facilitation option is intended for fuel you have already purchased through your own supplier or OMC.
Can you confirm capacity immediately?
Capacity, routing and dispatch dates must be assessed and confirmed in writing for your requirement. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a tanker.
