A-flow Mining Supply Solutions, for its operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo respects internationally recognised human rights, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization.

• No child labour and no forced, bonded, or trafficked labour.
• Fair wages, lawful working hours, and rest periods, especially for drivers.
• Freedom of association and non-discrimination.

We prioritise qualified local carriers, suppliers, and employees, and work to minimise the impact of our operations on communities along our corridors.

Carriers and suppliers must meet these standards. A-flow assesses them during due diligence and may suspend any partner that does not.
