How anyone can report misconduct confidentially, and how A-flow protects those who do.
Who can report
Employees, drivers, carriers, suppliers, clients, and members of the public can report concerns about A-flow Mining Supply Solutions, for its operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or anyone acting for it.
What to report
- Bribery, fraud, theft of fuel, or falsified documents.
- Unsafe practices, spills, or environmental harm.
- Breaches of sanctions, human rights, or our Code of Business Conduct.
How to report

Protection from retaliation
A-flow does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, and protects the confidentiality of reporters in accordance with the applicable data protection provisions of Congolese law, including the Digital Code.
Investigation
Reports are investigated independently of the people concerned, and corrective action is taken where concerns are confirmed.
