Employees, drivers, carriers, suppliers, clients, and members of the public can report concerns about A-flow Mining Supply Solutions, of 10 Miles, Chibombo, Lusaka Province, Zambia or anyone acting for it.

• Bribery, fraud, theft of fuel, or falsified documents.
• Unsafe practices, spills, or environmental harm.
• Breaches of sanctions, human rights, or our Code of Business Conduct.

A-flow does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, and protects the confidentiality of reporters in accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 of Zambia.

Reports are investigated independently of the people concerned, and corrective action is taken where concerns are confirmed.
