A-flow Mining Supply Solutions, of 10 Miles, Chibombo, Lusaka Province, Zambia is committed to preventing harm to people, protecting the environment, and delivering fuel safely across every corridor in which we operate. Safety comes before schedule.

• Zero harm to people.
• Zero spills and environmental incidents.
• Full compliance with the requirements of the Energy Regulation Board (ERB), the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA), the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA), and the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and with our clients' site rules.

• Risk assessment of routes, loads, and delivery sites.
• Qualification of carriers and drivers, including licences, dangerous-goods training, and fitness for duty.
• Roadworthy vehicles with fire extinguishers, spill kits, hazard placards, and personal protective equipment.
• Journey management covering approved routes, rest periods, speed limits, and fatigue.
• Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs.
• Reporting and investigation of every incident and near miss.

We prevent spills through sealed, well-maintained equipment and controlled loading and discharge. Every vehicle carries spill-response equipment, and any spill is contained, cleaned up, and reported to the competent authorities as required by law.

Any employee, driver, or contractor may stop work they consider unsafe, without fear of reprisal.

A-flow management is accountable for this policy. Carriers and suppliers must meet equivalent standards. This policy is reviewed at least once a year.
