Country Operating & Contracting Responsibilities

How the contracting entity, licences, customs roles and local service providers are identified before a shipment.

Contracting identity

The signed quotation must state the full registered name, registration jurisdiction, business address and authorised signatory of the contracting entity. A-flow Supply Solutions is the website brand; it must not be used to imply a separately registered entity in every country. Tax and bank documents are shared through verified onboarding channels.

Country-specific release checks

Identify the DRC contracting entity and applicable RCCM, national identification and NIF records. Determine whether the proposed activity falls within private-sector subcontracting rules and confirm ARSP eligibility, registration or a valid applicable derogation before contracting. Review hydrocarbons authorisations, DGDA customs, OCC controls and transport requirements for the shipment without assuming all apply identically to every role.

Responsibility schedule

Before booking, record who supplies or owns the product; who acts as exporter, importer and customs declarant; who performs transport; and who obtains site access. Do not assume a partner’s licence authorises an activity performed by A-flow itself. Review each actual role.

Approval evidence

No dispatch is confirmed until the required carrier documents, applicable permits, customs arrangements and receiving instructions have been reviewed for that shipment. Document unresolved conditions and obtain written confirmation before release.
